📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Coketor. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

✅ Return Policy

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • In the same condition you received it

    • Unworn or unused

    • With tags and in its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🔧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale, non-refundable)

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must still meet the eligibility conditions (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).

💳 Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
